What Happens Next

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email

This includes:

  • Your Zoom link

  • A brief overview of what to expect

  • A link to upload any documents (optional)

2. You can upload documents beforehand (optional)

You’re welcome to share:

  • Contractor bids

  • Scopes of work

  • Photos or sketches

  • Project descriptions

  • Any questions you already have

Uploading documents ahead of time allows me to prepare so we can get the most out of your session.

3. We’ll meet virtually at your scheduled time

We’ll talk through your project, questions, documents, and decisions step-by-step. I’ll help you understand your options and move forward confidently.

4. You’ll receive a written summary after the meeting

After our session, you’ll get:

  • A recap of what we discussed

  • Recommended next steps

  • Any checklists, resources, or clarifying questions that may help you

How Billing Works

Digital Consultations are billed at $125 per hour, in 15-minute increments, with no minimums and no commitments. You only pay for the actual time spent on your project.

Time includes:

  • Reviewing any documents you upload

  • The virtual meeting

  • Preparing your written summary afterward

Most consultations total 45–60 minutes, depending on your project and questions.

What You Should Prepare

You don’t need anything to schedule a consultation. But if you want to prepare, here are a few helpful items:

  • Photos of the space or project area

  • Contractor bids or quotes (PDF, images, or screenshots)

  • Notes on what you’re hoping to accomplish

  • Any decisions you’re trying to make

  • A rough budget range (if you have one)

You can upload these before the meeting or bring them with you, whatever works best for you.

Rescheduling or Cancellation

Life happens — if you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so directly through your confirmation email. There are no fees.
